As the weather gets colder and colder and it becomes increasingly hard to look "cute," sometimes you need a little extra incentive to try and look fashionable. The other day in New York, it was 19 degrees, and I was wrapped up from head to toe--looking like the Abominable Snowman. If this weather keeps up, I might have to break and get myself a ski mask. Bottom line: cold weather means fashion is out the window.

BUT when I finger through the pages of The Sartorialist, a very a la mode agglomeration of international street style by photographer and blogger Scott Schumann, it makes me want to say good-bye to my big, frumpy puffer and say hello to something more, let's say, fashionable.
