This Thanksgiving I decided to do a braid out, styled the night before with Vatika Coconut Oil.To achieve this look, I made six braids, applying 2-3 sprays of water to moisten, and coconut oil to moisturize. This week I did not use my beloved Hello Hydration, but instead I relied on just water and "grease" -- the grease being coconut oil. I was inspired by an article that I read about Amel Larrieux's routine entitled "Beauty, Style, Grease and Water," found on Coco Cure. I always adored her hair, and this routine brought me back to the days when my mother would use Vitapoint Creme and water, braid my hair up, and I was be good to go.
