Yesterday, my boyfriend and I celebrated the first night of Hanukkah! For those of you who don't know, my boyfriend is Jewish -- I didn't just randomly celebrate Hanukkah by myself. It was a really nice moment to celebrate it with him, even though I'm not seasoned in reciting the prayers yet. Mumble and nod, I thought. But I guess that works better in larger groups :-) Happy Hanukkah! (PS We realized that we lit the candles backwards LOL...yeah, shows you how practiced we are...).
